Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Art Hotel Narita. Convenience is a big part of it--shuttle service to the airport and also the nearby Aeon Mall was very handy. Although it's an older hotel and the rooms are a little worn, the property has been cared for. Plus, the food is quite lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
