This is new home offers the best experience Nashville has to offer for you and your guests. It has all the high end finishes you could ask for. Granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, soaring 10ft ceilings, and crown molding to name a few. This home boasts a rooftop deck with a great view of downtown as well as a pool table. The open floor plan and a large bonus room upstairs give everyone in your party plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. A 5-10 minute Uber or taxi ride will have you on Broadway. This is one of the nicest VRBO properties in all of Nashville and we are certain you will love it.

There are only 4 parking spots available at the house. The property cannot hold any more than 4 vehicles (there is no street parking). There is, however, additional street parking one street to the east.

Please be aware that large parties that result in a disturbance to or complaint from the neighbors can and will result in a full loss of the damage deposit.
Quiet hours start at 9pm. Guests should move their gatherings indoors at this time. Anyone outside smoking or coming to and from an Uber car need to keep their voices down.

This house was clean and had plenty of beds for everyone. Located in a great neighborhood and close to so much. Easy drive to downtown.

Nashville trip
The house was very nice and clean. We had 10 adults staying there and we didn’t fill all the available beds. The entire house was very spacious with a large open living area on the first floor. Second floor had a big game area with a pool table, sitting area, and big screen tv, and bed rooms. The roof had patio furniture and you could see the city skyline from it. Kitchen was well equipped including having coffee. Broadway street is about a 10 minute ride and the grand ole Opry properties were about 20 minute ride. I was surprised how cheap the Lyft rides were to Broadway. The house is in a residential area and there was parking for 3-4 cars behind the house. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone else.

Overall we had a great stay in Nashville! The property manager was super quick to respond to any issues we had. The house itself was great in some respects and lacking in others. Overall it really needs a thorough cleaning as there is an overall thin layer of grunge covering everything. The house also needs a fresh coat of paint! If we had been at the house more often, I think I would be a bit more picky, but we were really there just to sleep! The beds were comfortable and there were a lot of them, the bathrooms were clean and had an abundance of supplies (shampoo, cream rinse and body wash). The pillows on the bed were the absolute worst! Super cheap and really uncomfortable. Not a great neighborhood, but again we were only there to sleep. It met our needs, the price was great and the hosts were really nice!

Nice and roomy
We were there for 3 days for our brother’s funeral. The house was well stocked with blankets,wash cloths, bathroom supplies, and kitchen supplies. I liked how there was already salt, sugar, coffee filters, hand soap in all restrooms. This may seem trivial but it’s nice when u don’t have to buy the simple things when staying for a few days. Nice big living room for us to gather with a Smart TV. The 2nd floor had a pool table, smart TV, and games which was really nice. There was plenty of space for relatives to take some time alone or be with others. The weather was cold so we didn’t visit the rooftop too often but it is a beautiful view of the city. All of the beds were comfortable with an ample supply of extra pillows and blankets. However there are no TVs in any of the bedrooms, but that was not a problem for us. We liked the location close to downtown and the Opryland Mall, and security locks on the garage and door. We will probably stay there again when visiting Nashville.

Comfortable stay
Very comfortable stay we were on a business trip 12 adult males rented the 2 houses side by side the price for the 2 houses was by far the best price and the houses were very comfortable our group travels a lot and are use to high end hotels but preferred staying here over the hotels had more room and was very comfortable some of the beds were a little dated but mattress were comfortable overall good space and comfortable would stay here again.

Nashville weekend getaway
The property has a large amount of room to spread out and have large groups and feel like they aren't crowded. The property is on the dirty side but worked for a weekend. The showers were dirty and overall the property just wasn't clean. They did have great communication as far as check-in, things to do, etc and also had a great suggestion for transportation back and forth. We used that service multiple times. The area where the property is located is in an up and coming neighborhood possibly but wouldn't have felt safe going with just a group of girls. Also the AC for the home was dicey at best. We never set the temp under 72 and it was about 77 in the house most of the time. Not optimal for a mid-July visit. I would rate the property average but with so much potential because the amount of room at the property was amazing.

The hosts are amazing, respond quickly, very accommodating and friendly. The house was perfect for a large group and very nice. Uber/Lyft rides were longer and more expensive then we thought due to traffic but overall great place! We will be back!

The checkin was easy owner of property sent directions and instructions day before stay that was nice. The house is very nice as far as cleanliness it was fair shower had hair in drains, coffee pot had moldy coffee in filter, the description of property was spot on although not impressed with cleanliness we would still recommend staying there cause we understand that things can be missed or overlooked

Great Group Getaway Space Close to Downtown
We had an excellent stay in Adam and Frances' properties in Talbot's Corner, Nashville. Their communication and service were expedient and helpful. They really worked to accommodate our two parties well. The space was clean and comfortable and perfect for our shared meals and times spent hanging out together. Additionally, the townhomes are conveniently located to downtown Nashville and had groceries and good restaurants in the neighborhood as well. We all agreed that it was a perfect space for us. Grateful!

Nice home
Easy to get to places we wanted to visit/short Uber. Had a problem with the original home we were scheduled to stay in as the furnace wasn’t working when we arrived and it was super cold in the house. We messaged the manager/owner and he messaged me back immediately and switched us to his other property. The unforeseen will happen...thank you for being on top of correcting the problem with little disruption to our group
