We came to Nashville with the family. It was the perfect location and perfect place for us! The rooftop outdoor area was so awesome! The only thing that would have made things even better is a little more seating/tables on the rooftop. And also TV's in all the bedrooms. But, those are just little things. We really enjoyed the property. We were a party of nine, and we spent our evenings making dinner and hanging out on the couches after long days touring in the city. The location was great. We found it easy to get to Broadway, the Opryland hotel, a Nashville predators, hockey game, and other events.

Lots of room but needs some TLC

Great place for 9 adults coming to visit Nashville, however the location is right beside a busy fire hall with fire tones and sirens going off all the time. It is also right in the helicopter flight path to the hospital so loud helicopters flying by all the time. All the walls are all covered in black marks and dents and dings and the whole home could use a good “tune up” if they are billing it as a luxury property it should be cared for like a luxury property. The online photos make the property look a lot nicer than it is in reality with minimal amenities, and furniture. The company was great to deal with and no issues with booking the property, check in or check out or any other processes.

Accommodates Large Parties

The space easily sleeps 12 people. The check-in process was easy and the communication was clear. If you plan to cook, you may want to reconsider. The kitchen lacks many items you will need. The location was good. Depending on traffic, it was a 10-15 minute drive to downtown. Park in garage if you can. Street parking was a bit difficult. Bring long sleeve shirts and pants because it is very cold in the house. The thermostat would not stay at 70 degrees. TV had multiple streaming options.
