The hotel was very nice but old cracked furniture in dining room. Carpet old and worn In our room. Snowing in area so staff let us check in 30 minutes early. Food was good on breakfast bar.

Shower barely came up to room temperature and that was with the faucet turned all the way up.. during the middle of the night the unit switched off which meant no heat on a 32*/33*degree night. Thinking that breakfast would be the greater of the 2 mishaps … Nope … No non stick spray for the waffle iron and eggs were just at temp…Tables in lobby were definitely not sturdy. Muffins stale. This stay with Choice Hotels was not the best at all.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was good but could of been better. One of the main reasons I picked this hotel for my family and I was because it has an indoor pool and a gym. The pool was ok. Not the best. I was very disappointed in the gym. We were NOT able to use it! The walls and the equipment were heavy in mold. The smell was ridiculously awful! The equipment was also all rusted! Couldn't use anything at all! I'm not sure if the air ventilation with the pool and the gym bad or what, but it was awful! I was very disapointed in this!

Bring your own pillow and hope for the best

If you only need to rest your head for a few hours, it might be okay for you, but you may still encounter a few frustrations before you wish to fall into a deep slumber. First, our bathroom door didn't shut unless you pressed the lock, twisted the knob, closed it hard enough, and prayed to Jesus at the same time. Our sink was detaching from underneath the counter. The sink's water pressure seemed adequate to wash the dirt off an elephant; good luck wetting your toothbrush and not losing it to the sink. The pillows on the queen bed looked like they had been cut in half or taken from the couch. And if you have a pull-out sofa for a fifth person, it might work for a child. The mattress is incredibly flimsy and can't comfortably sleep anyone over 100 pounds. Meanwhile, I wondered if this room was cleaned or simply spot-checked. Details matter, and the lack of attention to the above points leaves me feeling like they do not care if their guests feel assured in the cleanliness of the room or comfortable during their stay.

Quick overnight

Very comfortable bed (terrible pillows) and clean room, night clerk was so helpful and went the extra mile to get us settled in. Well stocked, hot breakfast with a variety of choices and lots of extras, heated pool and very well lit parking lot. Would stay again.

Definitely worth a stay

Room was very adequate for our needs. It was very nice. Bed was comfortable, table was useful for office work, and bathroom was useful for its needs.

Overall, this is a nice hotel to stay in. My issue is there isn't any security at the hotel. I didn't notice security cameras. There were at least seven vehicles broken into during my stay.

Be careful not to leave valuables in your vehicle as some idiots were breaking into them and stealing things out of them. Not the hotels fault as that could happen anywhere. The staff there was wonderful. Be prepared for possible neighbors with loud kiddos as the walls and ceilings allow noise to flow freely! Overall, we had a good experience. We would stay again if we had to.

Do not stay here if you want to have a good trip.

Horrible stay, we got our car broken into and no one at the hotel seemed to car or take any precaution. A lot of people had the same issue and this is a repeated problem in that hotel apparently and no one warned us. Very irresponsible from hotels.com as well as the hotel itself. We had to drive 10 hours back home with a broken window cause it was Sunday and no one was available to fix our window that day.
