We stayed in room 124. If I hadn’t been so tired from traveling all day, I would’ve requested a room change. The mirror in bathroom had toothpaste marks, walls had splatter marks, night stand had food crumbs and wrapper on it and one of the head boards was dirty. Front desk guy was very nice. Lobby was clean and breakfast was good.

Home away from home

Traveled on Christmas day and the clerk who check us in was friendly and welcoming. Lobby had complementary tea, coffee, water or hot cocoa that was really nice after a long day or traveling. Breakfast was nice too with a wide variety of options.

Our room type was oversold when we checked in. Luckily they were able to accommodate us, but this was very disappointing as it caused us to have to wait to check in. My kids liked the pool area, they said the pool was warm and the pool was clean and well maintained. I did have to go to the desk and ask for towels for the pool. Overall, the stay was fine.

Good not superb

Good overall visit but there’s room for improvement. Pros - The breakfast was decent & a nice lobby/dining area. The workout room & pool were good. Our room was comfortable & good size but starting to look a little worn. Cons - We requested extra towels but they were delivered damp. The towels were thin & scratchy. The workout room was out of towels all three days that we were there. Our keys for both rooms were deactivated after one night.

The rooms and hallways are somewhat dirty and beat up. The staff was friendly and breakfast was really good. I probably wouldn't stay there again unless there was nothing else.

The hotel itself was great to stay at, although the bathroom door was hard to open and the sliding door style didn’t allow for it to close tightly. We did experience a fire at the hotel and were evacuated for a time period before being allowed back in to our room.
