Staff is always lovely here—friendly, welcoming and going out of their way to be helpful. Rooms are superclean and comfortablr. I was dismayed go see christmas decor on halloween. Otherwise, it was a wonderful sfay

Location, safety, food, service and value all A++.
Everything is perfect, except the front desk didn’t tell me that Monarch transportation can be here 10 mins b4 the pickup hour, so I missed the ride. Nice if they remember to warn people that when they booked. I still appreciate that Holiday Inn will book the ride for their guest to downtown Nashville and Grand Ole Opry show.
