Great stay but the only thing we didn’t like was the amount of employees smoking outside one of the side doors when we were leaving. Other than that it was an awesome experience

first room TV did not work. Next room the HVAC's fan was loose and had a weird noise. Had to stay anyway as tired. Hot water in shower was not good and LVT floor had not been mopped in quite sometime. So not sure about carpet...one elevator was out. Ovewrall, not fun

4 days of no room service. 1 day sheets not changed but duvets thrown over sheets. Next 3 days nothing done to the bed. At least give it a try. Every night when we arrived back at our room we had to go down and ask for towels. We had stayed here before and the service was much better. Floors were also dirty. Sugggestion: Wear socks or slippers to keep your feet clean.
