Terrible noise at subfloor sistem upstairs. Can ear cranking floor. New building but looks like never pass inspection. 2 times in a year first time shower panel keeping water drain, towels screws falling. To be a new hotel looks like a 40 years old building

Terrible!! Room was not ready 3 hours at check in time..GM qas nowhere to be found and did not show up to work. Room was NOT clean and we were down graded from King Size Bed to 2 queens..Still havent heard frok GM..IN 55 Years of travel the worse hotel experience ever

This property was very clean and neat. The hotel staff was very nice. The rooms were large, beds and pillows were great, great showers, and the breakfast was very good. Highly recommend this property.

first room TV did not work. Next room the HVAC's fan was loose and had a weird noise. Had to stay anyway as tired. Hot water in shower was not good and LVT floor had not been mopped in quite sometime. So not sure about carpet...one elevator was out. Ovewrall, not fun
