Our car, along with several more, was parked in their parking garage and got broken into, window was smashed in. They have cameras, but what is the point if no one is surveilling them? This was a lapse on the hotels part.

The cable was sporadic at best. Called down but nothing they could do. Asked for a clean while talking to a maid none was done. Didn't get a clean until halfway through. All the showers leak excessively into the bathroom. Pooling under the sink and toilet.Asked for a late check out was denied. Then four times starting at just after 10 staff were checking to see if I was still there.

Carpet in our room was filthy. Homeless people all around the outside of the building all time day and night. Staff was polite and attentive.

Stayed here for a girls trip. Walkable to Broadway, liquor store across the street - locatoon was fantastic. Rooms for my friends had an island, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, somehow i got the room without the island. Didnt phase us. Breakfast ends early (9) and the options are limited for hot but otherwise a variety and fresh bread. Would stay here again.

Everything was so near if we really wanted to walk, we could have to Broadway street. Martins is literally down the street. So good. You have to try the wings and pulled pork sandwich. The hotel was clean and up-to-date. It was nice because they had a musical performer in the lobby bar Area. Nice to get away from the crowd if needed definitely recommend to stay here.
