ok hotel on the beach
This hotel is in a great location being on the beach. Nice pool and breakfast was good. It is an older hotel and they dont take really great care of it. I did not have very hot water bur the air conditioner was great and in a good location where it was not blowing directly on me. No elevator and does have stairs. You can walk to some food locations.

Um pouco decepcionada
Pontos positivos: Vista linda do hotel e área de lazer muito boa. Hotel é fácil acesso à tudo (tanto à pé quanto com Uber), encontramos tudo que precisamos à 5 minutos no máximo andando. Pessoal que trabalha no hotel super prestativos e atenciosos. Pontos negativos: Travesseiros duros parecendo pedra e chuveiro com temperatura irregular, ou a gente toma banho quente 50°c ou frio -50°c. Da pra ouvir tudo dos outros quartos e do corredor do hotel. A porta do quarto não fechava direito. Café da manhã péssimo, o que salvou foram as tapiocas feitas na hora, por que o resto era incomível. Dica: não fechem viagem com a agência de viagens que o hotel indica. A agência não tem compromisso algum com os clientes e só querem arrancar dinheiro das pessoas fazendo pagar duas vezes os passeios. Vão para a avenida principal de Ponta Negra que vocês vão encontrar muitas agências mais em conta e muito mais prestativas.

Interessante iniciativa da pessoa que controla entrada no café da manhã perguntar se está tudo bem. Informamos que a torneira do banheiro estava desmontando e tbem vazando e o travesseiro cheirava mal. Funcionários que atendem no bar precisam de orientações, supervisão mais próxima e melhor remuneração

No geral o hotel é ok, a área externa é muito boa, de frente para o mar, com uma ótima infraestrutura. Porém a parte interna deixa muito a desejar pelo padrão e preço cobrado. O meu quarto não tinha luz na sacada e a porta da sacada estava com o trinco fechado, não conseguia deixar ela aberta para sentir a brisa do mar, pois batia todo momento. Café da manhã não possuí muitas opções e as tapiocas oferecidas sempre faltavam ingredientes. "Academia" tem uma bicicleta e uns 6 jogos de halteres e bem mal cuidados. Salão de jogos com poucas opções. Acredito que pelo nome que o hotel tem na região, deveriam investir mais na infraestrutura interna.
