The room was very nice. However, the person working the "front desk" (male) in Saturday was very rude when he saw me carrying pizza and I asked if we could eat it in the lobby. Then I asked him if he could let me back in the pool since I had left my key inside, he treated me very snarky and didn't believe I was a guest at the hotel. When we first went to the pool Saturday night, there were 30 plus people in there and EVERY adult had a beer can in hand and no one said anything to them about drinking in the pool area. It wasnt until after that crowd cleared out, that a security guard came in to tell us two, that there was no drinking in the pool. When we asked why the 30 people that were drinking in there 5 minutes before that werent told, we got a shoulder shrug. It was not a great service and staff experience. For the amount of renovation construction happening, there really shouldve been a discount on the.nightly rate. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best I've had at a hotel.

The hotel staff made my visit a great experience. To the vallet attendant, guest services, and the bartenders. They were amazing, friendly and so helpful. The goodie bag was filled with lots of fantastic snacks. I truly appreciated the time and effort the staff took to make sure my guest and i had a great experience. Thank you!

Great Stay

Another great stay at Embassy. They are doing remodeling in the main area but it didn't bother our stay at all. Staff was great and very friendly. The pool and hot tub could use some work but I'm sure that's in their plans
