I like the garden, the beach and the paintings on the building and the interior is very modern, the bed is very nice and comfy. I would like to come back. The only thing is, you hear the slamming of the other roomdoors very well.

I love this hotel as a small, quiet, well run resort with an excellent restaurant. The view from the room balcony overlooking the lagoon has spectacular sunsets. I've stayed here 3 times and have never been disappointed. There's a market and gas station just a 3 minute walk that allowed us to purchase bottled water, wine, finger food and snacks.

Staff was not so friendly except for one lady. At check in, persons that were doing construction seem more friendly than persons who were supposed to be providing customer service did not see anyone cleaning at all there was no hot water in shower just by the face sink did not like the fact that the refrigerator was outside of the room on the balcony and the restaurant personnel once they serve you food, they totally ignore you.

Front counter reception is unreliable because if you call them to request a towel they’ll NEVER bring it to you. You would have to go to the front desk and get it yourselves even if those items should be the room already. The outlet plugs adapters should be automatically given to you when you check in, but you have to ask for it. The channels on the tv is only French. If you’re renting out your units to everyone, the number one language in the world is English and there were no English channels on the tv. Every room should come with its own iron. This place doesn’t, you have to go to the front desk and they tell you where the room is, they don’t show you. When you eventually find the room where they have the iron it smells horrible and the room is unkept. The breakfast in the restaurant is gross. But the dinner was excellent especially the beef samosas. The coffee machine didn’t work the first day and there was a long line up. They didn’t have a good variety of things to choose from, the continental breakfast cost $18.00 per person U.S. and it wasn’t worth it at all. The in-house taxi was useless because if you asked him how long is it to get somewhere, his first answer is “I don’t know”.

The staff are not accommodating. There aren’t any elevators to reach to the 3rd floor of the property. I was responsible for carrying all of my luggage upstairs to the room. The menu doesn’t have much variety of choices. I went to the spa because I wanted a facial and the spa isn’t anything I expected it to be . The furniture was all thrown around and unorganized. I’d never stay her again.

Pros: • The rooms are spacious, and the balconies are generously sized, offering plenty of room to relax. • Housekeeping was reliable and punctual, ensuring the rooms were cleaned daily without any issues. • The location offers scenic views, especially from the restaurant, which is set up in a beachfront style (although the area is more of a harbor than a swimmable beach). Cons: • The location is somewhat remote, with no nearby attractions or amenities within walking distance. While the closest attraction is only about a 10-minute drive away, walking would take over an hour. A 10-minute drive might seem like it would have a low fare, but transportation costs here are high, with round trips to attractions costing around $50–$60 due to the limited availability of Uber or rideshare services. While there is a public bus stop nearby, it’s not as convenient as having a rental car, which is highly recommended to save time and money. • The restaurant earns a 3.5/5. While the service was excellent, the food itself was average—typical Marriott-style breakfast that wasn’t particularly memorable. This is not a 4 star hotel. It's more like a motel. The rooms are very small and many have views of the parking lot. Some staff are very rude including the owner who scolded me for asking for towels. I don't know who does the ratings but I think it is a 3 star at best.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It's run down. The restaurant is poorly run, albeit a picturesque location. Rooms are sparse. There's no real beach, it has concrete erosion barriers; however I'm not sure you'd want to swim in the lagoon. The docks are a failed construction project, dangerous for children. It has a certain Je ne sais quoi, which is dirty charm. Great nearby restaurants.

Best hotel in St. Martin

Hotel was so lovely. Lots or Art pieces! Ground was very nice. Very beautiful location and well decorated restaurant with delicious food. Staffs were amazing. Reasonable price.My son got sick and the owner came and made him a herbal medicine. He is a most down to earth personal and passionate for his hotel/job. Staffs were all so helpful specially Luka.

Staff is really substandard service. One of black lady with braided hair was really rude and not having intention to serve guest with right attitude. I have noticed her 3 guest ahead of me and including me to show even small courtesy. I spoke with her manager, he seems okay but both of them declined to give their names. But overall is average place to stay.
