Fine as last option!
I reserved 3 nights at this property and the 2nd morning I had no hot water. Front desk explained that they had a plumbing issue so I decided to check out when they couldnt guarantee there would be hot water that day or the next. The gentleman that checked me out assured me it was okay to check out at 10am on day 2 and I wouldnt be charged for day 3. After reaching out to hotels.com when I was charged for all 3 days they explained that the hotel manager would not authorize a refund for the 3rd night. Im not bitter but I will be honest about this motel at every opportunity. Its hard for me to believe this place has "strict guidelines" and I bet they rented the room I had already paid for to another guest. Double dipping greed in my opinion! Unless you have no other choice, I wouldnt stay here again. Lesson learned with hotels.com as well!

every time we went to use the pool there was a note on the door saying closed for cleaning, we would ask them at the desk about it, one lady said it will b open the next day at 9 am. so we go back same note still there go to desk, diff person there. o we put shock in it u cant use it till tomorrow. we only had a 2 day stay so didnt even get to use the pool, and that's why we booked with them so after visiting with family. we could go back and swim

Go elsewhere!
This is one of the worst places I’ve stayed. The place stunk like stale cigarettes, the tv didn’t work, zero water pressure in the shower and the towels were so thin and dingy they should have been thrown away. The ice machine had a dirty bucket sitting under the dispenser cause it leaks non stop. If it wasn’t so late and needing sleep, I would have left and found different lodging.

The view was actually a lumber yard. When we turned on the heater it smelled dusty. Breakfast did have some hot stuff, I was nervous about drinking from a gallon of milk that is just on the counter. It wasn’t in ice or a fridge. The guy at the desk was super nice though.

The front desk person was rude throwing room key and papers and the room was gross trash on the floor bathroom looks like it hasnt been cleaned in months the whole hotel smelt like smoke just wouldnt recommend

First off the two way mirror in room 214, my first night i woke up to ticks and bug bites in my room, the shower barely worked. I told the front deck and they said to leave if i didn't like it. So i left a whole day early. Waste of $210 for my vacation. I will never be returning to this hotel ever again.
