This was a great hotel. The roof was gorgeous and great for photos with the balloons in the morning. The staff and service really stood out! They were so friendly and helpful at every point. Would highly recommend!

Great location!
Good one night stay in a perfect location. Breakfast was great and view from terrace is beautiful. Only issue was room was on the warm side. The AC was situated underneath window with no ability to control temperature.

I loved this property. Ahmet and all the employees were very friendly and made my stay very special. The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. It was in the heart of Goreme, just a walking distance from all restaurants and attractions. The 3 rooftops impressed me. I got so many good pictures from different vantage points at the hotel. One of my favorite parts was playing with the hotel dogs. They were funny and friendly and I would definitely come back and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you for making my vacation great.

Absolutely Amazing Hotel !!! I visited this hotel with my family and I've got to say it was one of the best holiday hotels I've ever been to considering we've stayed in many around the world. Breathtaking views!!! Especially in the evening. Felt like we were on another planet. Cappadocia really does that to you. Very friendly staff! :) Amazing, amazing breakfast on a stunning rooftop terrace. Even considering it was during Covid. We were so full it was hard to eat lunch :) They do smoke in the outdoor area just to note. Beautiful Rooms!!! Stunning Really. Artistically crafted!! Cave-like rooms. It is pet friendly and they do have one small dog who minds his own business and they will respectfully put him away if asked to do so. :) Parking is so so, but you can ask the front desk and they can arrange a spot for you to park. Fantastic location right in the beautiful city centre, next to many restaurants. :)

Caftan cave hotel is perfect!
Caftan is a charming cave hotel, centrally located in the town of Göreme, with big rooms, great views of hot air balloons and sun rise from their roof top terrace, very friendly owner and staff, best breakfast and the cutest friendly puppy, Efes!

Very good services and helpful staff. Unfortunately we had to leave early, so i ask them for the airport transfer services. They did book those shuttle car immediately when we asked.

The place is very clean and quite, the location is in the middle of goreme which is great. The host was very kind to let me check in very early and they pick me up from the bus station. Definitely coming back :)

The place was excellent. We got the deluxe room which was big, clean and great. The only trouble was the a/c would work all day and then switch to hot air in the middle of the night. We told the staff a number of times but they couldn't fix it. It really sucked because my baby likes sleeping in cool air and since we had to open the window, the noise outside would wake her. Luckily it wasn't too noisy just the prayers and the Opening and closing of doors. Overall though the room was great, the breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful.
