The hotel is exactly what you’d expect from a Victorian Inn. It is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and quaint. The bathrooms were well proportioned and updated while maintaining the charm of the house. I’m glad we stayed!

Nicely kept. Beautifully furnished. No central sitting area. Only place to sit was in room. Large yard if had own lawn chairs. Upon registration polite welcome, but not welcoming. The same at breakfast. Perhaps a language barrier or culture of owner/manager.

Basic room w Queen - The room received was nothing like as presented in the original offering. For my height I was always avoiding a sloping ceiling - perhaps the charm of an old Victoria house. Upside was that it was quiet, bed comfortable bed and while aware the bathroom was across the hall (private for our use). Please please oil the hings on the bedroom and bathdoors!! I hate to make noice for other guests in the wee hors of the morning. Breakfast was excellent

Check in was efficient. Unit was very satisfactory. The interior of the foyer and dining area was well kept and clean. On the exterior, the steps leading up to the inn and our unit were in terrible condition and the steps and railing could possibly be a safety hazard. A repair and some paint would solve the problem. Other than that, the building was lovely. Service was excellent.
