Comfortable bed, good breakfast, quiet. General areas clean (bed, washroom) , except woodwork, some corner areas dirty, also celing grate in bathroom dirty. Front door always left open with no one at front desk. Phone # left to call if they're needed. No microwave, coffee machinein room.No tissues in room. Being just there for a night it was good or us.

Nice Victorian Inn but needs some attention. Railings loose on Front steps. Room spacious but no closet to hang coats up. No microwave, fridge or coffee maker in room but we’re not told they all existed for use in the dr. So coffee was available all day after we discovered it. Bathroom needed some meticulous cleaning. Bed very comfortable. Great location Breakfast was fine but sausages first day were bad but French toast next day excellent. No juice or fresh fruit - pretty basic. Nice dr in the turret. Not bad really for decor- outside back fire escape needed a paint job or replacement. Charming but not up to modern standard for cleanliness or service

Charming, but older so there is sounds of people on stairs, etc - but most guests were aware of this so overall, fairly quiet. Clean in all the important areas - bed, bath, dining - could use a little more attention to overlooked areas like baseboards, windows, light switches. Check in might offer an introduction to amenities and breakfast details. Lovely couple who own and run it. I would stay again.

The floors were why I gave a 2 for cleanliness and some of the furniture in common areas were dusty. Our stay was in February and I think we may have been the only occupants in an eight room inn. We only saw one employee and he was great. The bacon and egg breakfast the next morning was an added bonus.

Great downtown location, antique style furniture, beautiful wood floors and balustrades, high ceilings, comfortable enough beds and very comfortable pillows. One complaint--breakfast hour closed purportedly at 9:30. We arrived in the breakfast room 9:00. No one was there and not even the whiff of coffee perfumed the air nor was even a continental-style leftover. The inn promises a hot breakfast. When we contacted the desk person, he told us the kitchen closed at 9. I don't believe the kitchen opened at all that morning. Lovely place to stay but I'd suggest affirming the kitchen will be available when checking in. It may make it so...
