The Hotel itself was very nice, it's obvious it's an older property that had been renovated, but it was clean with nice appointments. (the bathroom was particularly nice) All of the staff I encountered were exceptionally pleasant and professional. The self parking was very convenient w/ direct access to the lobby. As far as ammenities; there's no room service, the in-house dining options are limited to a counter-service 'Bistro' in the Lobby with limited hours, and there were very few local options after 10pm. (on a Friday) My biggest criticism is; the TV in our room was broken, the Engineer came promptly, acknowledged this was a previously reported issue, but they had no other TV's to replace it. He assured me "I'll get them to give you something for this inconvenience", but at check-out I discovered he never reported the issue, and there was no recompense. Also, I killed a roach crawling on the wall near the desk, which I reported at check-out. The iron did'nt work, so I could'nt wear the pants I had intended to wear. As the old saying goes; you get what you pay for. It's a 3-star hotel with low rates that's close to the Casinos. We were in AC for a show and only stayed one night. I don't know if I'd stay here again based on this experience.
