Service was friendly and attentive. TV didn’t work but they fixed it right away. Tub was in bad condition, didn’t work properly. Sheets had cigarette burns. I don’t think the room was priced right.

Bugs, stains, and hair... oh my.
I reserved a room for a business trip, and the only one left by the time I could get there was absolutely disgusting in every way possible. I was willing to stick it out at first, but the second I plugged in my charger, a little roach crawled across the bedside table. When I returned to the lobby to ask for a refund, the attendant refused because it was so late at night. I can't believe a place like this is even allowed to stay in business.

Not a safe place. I had a few days away from my patient. I had to save money so i found Super 8 motel on Hotels.com. 1st it was not easy to check in, apparently immigration is not doing their job because i was asked why i was using my passport! Don't worry Homelabd security knows about all immigrants. 2nd of all, it seemed that some people come there for a few hours make a racket in their room and then leave with whomever they brought! Then th we e is always some idiot yelling all hours. Mold in the bathroom. Toilet seat scared me! It will bot cost much to update this place and keep the direspectful people out! I had to ask one of my friends who lives in Bridgeport to come stay with me whilst i was there. There were some kind people who worked there.

Do not stay here!!!!
Do not stay at this hotel! The room smelled like smoke, cigarette burns on the comforter and floors. Felt and looked really dirty. I think this hotel is used for the homeless. The front office has a list of people to not let stay in due to urinating on the bed. Not sure what that was about. We actually canceled our reservations after seeing the rooms and found a hotel in the next town. The front office, however, was really nice about it and completely understood.

There was no evidence of bed bugs, but I would not describe this place as clean. Only 3 pillows for a king bed. They were flat and tired. Bed was comfy though. Broken toilet seat and floor tiles. Shower was not that clean but water pressure was good. They advertise breakfast… there was definitely NO breakfast.

The bathrooms need to be completely gutted. They are in bad condition. Dented outer doors. No lock on the inside of the door. Towels and bedding were clean. Front desk staff was friendly.

It's a cheap room and the bed is semi comfortable. That's all I can say good. It's staffed well and I think they are trying it's just old and in rough shape.

The room was not very clean. The outlets by the bed were hanging off the wall and were full of dust. That night there was no hot water in the shower, and the handle and faucet seemed like it was falling apart. We needed a cheaper place to stay in the area because of the music festival, but next time I will spend more. Also there was a double hold on my card, and they took a photo copy of my card and ID. Hoping I don’t get double charged. Not a good experience at all. Of we didn’t need to drive back home 3 hours, we would have probably left
