I had a great overall experience, but the only downside was that the water in the shower took forever to get hot because it was unclear which way was hot or cold.

Fire alarm sribe light blinking all night. Room needs a bathroom upgrade (ADA toilet and shower). Bathroom exhaust not working properly.
We were initially put in a handicap room with a very noisy air conditioner that had some cleanliness problems. The front desk staff was quick to move us to another room upon request. Overall, I'd say the place is comfortable & good enough for a night or two. It was very close to the venue we had to be at. It needs a facelift - carpets are look dingy & interior looks kind of old. There was hole in the ceiling of the 3rd floor hall with a trash can to catch water.
This hotel was very old & dated & really lacked in cleanliness. The tub looked dirty. I was hoping it was just stained but that was not the case. I had some dishwashing liquid with me so I squeezed some into the tub. It made clean white streaks where I had put it. I didn’t have a scrub brush but that’s all that it would have taken to clean it. Think of what some bathroom cleaner could have done. I felt like I spent the whole 2 days cleaning. That should not have to happen. On another note though…the breakfast was really good with scrambled eggs, sausage, grits, fruit, etc. unfortunately I will not be staying here again though. This was the worst Hampton Inn. I was SHOCKED for this to be a Hilton facility. And being a Hilton Honors member didn’t help me at all. :-(
I stayed here two different times. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Breakfast was great.

There were a lot of dogs in the hotel barking and some of the rooms had a smell of wet dog. I had a scent in my room and sprayed. My bathroom counter had a safety pin, which is an indication of the room not being thoroughly cleaned. If I stay at this location again, I will thoroughly check the room prior to getting unpacked and smell the room.
The last at the front desk was friendly. The dining area was clean. The banquet area was nice. The only problems I encountered was that hair was in the towels and on the vanity, and a spot was on the sheets. I told the lady at the front desk, and she replaced them.
Walking to the doors, I was greeted with a good smile and humor from the check-in clerk even when the computer was acting up, she still had a sense of humor and I did not mind waiting. Keep up the good work.
