We were in New Orleans for the Eras tour. The hotel was fine, yes it’s old but it served the purpose. Sheets were clean, towels were scarce, elevators were fine, & bed was comfortable. One thing though, do not book the king suite with the intention of someone sleeping on the pullout. It is SO uncomfortable..so much so that we had to switch rooms to a 2 queen. But overall this place was fine.

Very easy to get to. Property was extremely well taken care of and Bourbon St is a 15 second walk away from the entrance. Would definitely book here again.

Find somewhere else to stay
The mirrors in the room were dirty. The bathroom handle was broken so everytime you came out it came off. When trying to get info about my stay before I arrived the front desk was very rude. There was trash in the hall for over 24 hours. The only ice machine that worked was on the 6th floor. The bellman was nice that's about it. Good location if you want to walk everywhere and be near everything, but for 1k I need my room clean and a decent mattress with a blanket.

The original room was awful, and noisy, with drink stains on the floor, air conditioner sounded like a train leaving the station. Once we complained they moved our room for the second night and it was a completely different experience. Clean, comfortable, quiet, couldn't be nicer.

They did well, even with the craziness of Taylor swift concert. The bellman, Derrick was the best. He was so kind, helpful, funny, and truly one of a kind!

The ro had a mildue smell. Every time the neighbor would close thendoor, our wall would shake and since the headboard was connected to the wall, the bed wouls shake. They didnt have enough towels. There was only one bell man, so we had to go downstairs to get our stuff. The staff didnt care about these issues.

I loved the location if the hotel. The staff was really professional, friendly, and helpful. I didnt realize the pool was not heated at all. It was way too cold to get in. So i was bummed out not being able to use the pool.

Perhaps due to a spike in business over the weekend but the cleanliness was lacking in the room and within the corridors of the Hotel. When trying to engage with anyone at the front desk the responses were short and cold.
