This hotel was extremely moldy and mildewy. Both my boyfriend and I have serious mold sensitivities and we left sick after just two nights of staying here. It was clear that the hotel staff knew about the issue because there was a dehumidifier in the lobby, but this far from did the truck. The smell in our room was damp and murky. The shower leaked out all over the floor no matter what we did - which explains the mold. The hotel cleaning staff was stingy with the towels which we desperately needed to sop up the water seeping into our room from the bathroom shower. To top it all off, the parking here is awful - much too crowded. I will never be staying here again.

In town for Taylor Swift concert, paid outrageous amount for the 1st night of $430. Went to our room and a roach was running around on bedside table. Went to front desk, asked for a refund, where she says we will give you another room on another floor. We agree, and when walking into the second room, as we flip the lights 2 roaches run into the bathroom. Needless to say we did not stay there. We were told we would get a refund which amounts to about $900 for 3 nights in 3-5 business days. Im not made out of money but fine, whatever. Then searched for hours for another available hotel that wouldn't cost 1k for 2 nights. We may get our money back eventually but what a mess. We were 12 hours from home, they jack the price for a concert and knowingly rent rooms out knowing they are infested with roaches.

Close enough to New Orleans for an easy drive into the city but far enough away to feel safe traveling with young kids. Lots of food options on exit. Hotel breakfast was well stocked, area clean and tasty. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay was great for what we needed it for everyone was very friendly. My only complaint was that when we got there, they had to refund the amount that had been prepaid and put the entire amount back on the card. Because the refund takes 3 to 5 business days, it did affect my trip budget. They said it’s because it was done through a third-party that they had to do that again. It was not a cheap room Because of the event we were in town for. Habing an extra $400 suddenly become unavailable did effect our trip.

This was my fourth stay at this property. It is immaculately clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast, which varies somewhat each day, is plentiful and included in the hotel rate. I look forward to returning.
