The air conditioner temperature controller didn't work. The air conditioner was too cold and noisy so I couldn't sleep all night. I called the front desk and they could only turn it off! end the noise

Great Stay.
Very convenient to Bourbon and Canal Street. Trolley runs one block away on St Charles. Rooms very comfortable, enjoyed the view of River and The Natchez twice a day. l block to Cesar's Casino.

Average to good hotel, not really value for money though. Rooms are basic, view is terrible against other buildings and terraces. Breakfast is very basic and not at all diversified, same food every day for the four days I stayed there. Good thing it's very well connected, right on the corner of Canal and Magazine streets, so all the old town attractions are within a few minutes distance. Other than that, don't expect much from this hotel.

The staff, especially the parking/door guy, was amazing! It's a beautiful building with lots of history. The environment was okay. There doesnt seem to be a ton of welcoming people around there, but maybe it was juat me... Anyhow, overall, it was a nice place.
