Pre-Carnival Cruise
The hotel was excellent with convenience to the hospital. Only issue was thin walls with a noisy couple coming in late from partying. Other than that, the everything was nice and comfortable before out cruise from New Orleans.

Everything was great, service, cleanliness, parking, all were very nice. But I have to say that the shower was awful. It took literally 5-10 minutes to warm up and the water pressure was totally crap. I didn’t take a shower the second day of my stay, because I didn't want to deal with it.

We booked here because everywhere in the city was too expensive and although it was a distance away from everything. It was super clean with great staff. Some reviews said the hotel was in the hospital, its not just attached.
