The staff and security were nice. The property needs updating, especially the rooms. Housekeeping needs to be managed better; the hallways were not vacuumed, the elevator was never wiped down during our stay, and the bathroom was not as clean and sanitized as it should have been. Overall, it’s a 2.5 Star Hotel and I got what I paid for… not sure I’d stay there again.

The staff was terrific! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and receptive. We were disappointed with the hotel. The parking lot in both the front and back had absolutely no lighting. Although it worked, the elevator sounded like it was about to give out any minute. There was no way to regulate the heat or air in the room and the "Do Not Disturb" signs were unavailable. The bathroom smelled of mold/mildew. The overall look of the hotel was run down.

I have no complaints
Great stay. Although room service was not offered upon the second day. We requested room service and our room was cleaned (including new towels and linen). All staff was friendly especially Rasheed.

The bathrooms were not clean, didn't have soap or shampoo, neither enough towels. The first room we received, the bathroom was floating, the second room they gave us, the toilet didn't work,and then,the last room, was okay.

The customer service people were nice but when we arrived they said they didn’t have a room available for us even though we had reserved a room with a king bed in advance. We had just come in from a long day of driving just to get set in a room that seemed to be abandoned. There was one working light fixture above the sink. The lamps didn’t work and only one outlet was working. The bathroom had no light or door handle, just a hole where the handle is supposed to be. The bathtub floor was peeling and the sink wouldn’t drain. Amongst all other small things, the AC unit was hanging out of the wall and there was a hole to the outside so it was a very cold night.

Rooms had mold, broken furniture. No hot water, toilet wouldn't flush and tub wouldn't drain. Maintenance personnel was too concerned with watching football and not attending to the issues. Me and my family booked 4 rooms for the weekend and it was a terrible experience. I will not be staying at this property ever again and will not recommend it to anyone.
