needs deep cleaning and some maintenance work done. We had to unplug desk lamp to turn off. Curtain was torn down, elevator doesn't sound safe, needs deep cleaning and refurb on rooms. Staff was great!!! Breakfast was good.

Stayed here for Taylor swift concert - one of the only options availble. Outside was concerning - no curb appeal. Front desk area looked okay until we got to the elevator - which was filthy. Sticky floors, peices of the floor missing, and elevator was super noisy. Room has dirty and stained comforters and sheets, rust on floor and bathroom, blood stains on tile, rotting wood around mirror. Did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed so we slept on our own blankets. Wore shoes the entire time. Bathroom door locked by itself - I got locked in there and had to call my friends in another room to get me. Shower water was grey when we first turned it on. Room smelled of mold. After 8 hours of being there - the clothes in our suitcase literally felt WET! It was so horrible. Area is not safe, all our Ubers to/fro told us to get a different hotel if possible simply due to the location. One night - someone was blasting rock music until 4am. (As if we could get any comfortable sleep anyway).

The property is old and needs some repairing. Our toilet had stains in it. There was mold on the shower curtain. The room itself smelled moldy. The staff were very friendly to interact with, and I have no complaints about that. However, I opened my towel and there were stains in it as though it was still dirty.

Not worth the price
We were stopping for a trip to San Antonio to see our son graduate Air Force and needed to rest. It was not great. The first room we got was occupied and the door was open. Second room was ok but had a cleaning rag on shower.

Upon arriving, desk agent was dressed in a spandex top, folding towels intended for guest rooms with her sweaty arms. Lobby was patrolled by a woman with a sidearm and badge reading "Fugitive Recapture Agent". What a way to help me feel safe (NOT).

We stayed one night. The first room had a very overwhelming cleaning solution smell. This lady tried coming into our room after my husband complained about how bad the smell was and that we couldn’t breathe. She was rude and tried moving our personal things from where we had them sitting in the bed. We had to ask her to not touch our stuff. We changed rooms. It had rotting /moldy furniture from fridge. The new room was dirty. There was peeling paint in the shower. There was all kind of hair in the shower: on the walls and around the edges. There was a nasty stain/mess under the sink on the cabinet. The doors would catch on the floor. Half the outlets didn’t work. The outlets kept pushing out the plugs. Stuff wasn’t plugged in in the room. There wasn’t enough towels for two people. They had one set in the room. The next morning, they didn’t make enough breakfast food for the FULLY booked rooms. People complained about not having food and they finally made more. The elevator and hallways were dirty. This place overall was disgusting. We will not be staying again.
