Great staff but maintenance needed
The staff was wonderful. The room was lacking. The sink and tub were very slow to drain. The bathroom vent did not work. Several electrical outlets throughout the room did not work, the plug would not hold in the sockets. Found a used towel still hanging on back of bathroom door.

Location is great. Our room was clean and spacious however, it had a tiny window with a view of the building wall next door. They should be very clear about the fact that you have no view when you make your booking.

I love the staff here! They were all so friendly, accommodating, and helpful to my sister and I. I am disabled and my sister has stage 4 cancer. The bellhop treated us like royalty, and it made our stay so special. I didn’t realize the hotel was haunted when I booked it. Don’t worry, they are friendly ghosts, and add to the ambience! I slept like a baby in those comfy beds. The hotel is old. Just know things in the room aren’t going to be modern and perfect. The location is the real win. It is just around the block from Bourbon Street. I’m coming back, and I’m staying here next time! I had such a great stay!

We try to go to NOLA every year and like to stay at different properties. I loved the history of this hotel and it had a very cool vibe. The street isn’t too busy but you definitely hear loud cars while sleeping. Definitely recommend!

The AC in the room didn’t seem to cool well and the mini fridge was the same way. We also noticed the receptacles were extremely lose and our cell phone charger plugs kept falling out.

The lighta didn't work. The carpet, mirrors, bathroom were dirty. Housekeeping came by and only swapped the towels, made bed. Toulet had what seemed to be poop stains at the bottom of it. Would not stay here again.

The location of this property is great. However, it is an older property that is musty. I was emailed an option to upgrade to a carriage house room but I never got a response and the staff just shrugged when I showed them the email. This hotel is definitely not the New Orleans hospitality you find in other hotels. Overall it worked out for this trip, but I would not stay here again.
