Very very UNHAPPY customer Expedia will not give me enough characters to explain everything that went down I should have known minute that I walked in when I seen in the front office “ hourly rates “ that I should turn around and never look back but I needed to use the bathroom so bad that I overlooked it and I just wanted to get into my room the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and yelled at me several times for no reaso she yelled at me bc I came back from my first room and told her tv was not working so she had to give me another room when I got to the second room there was dirty underwear and a dirty shirt sitting on the dresser which showed me that the room has not been cleaned we pulled the blanket and there was pubic hairs all on the sheet when I went back and told the lady she yelled at me saying you just started something !needless to say I am very unhappy customer and I would never return to this I definitely recommend nobody else ever return I expected a little more from this property considering I paid almost $100 for this one so when I got there I was baffled at the service that I was given the only thing that I liked about the property was the fact that it was in a gated community the parking lot and the rooms were behind a gate that you had to use your key to get in.

Pretty good.
I thought my stay was pretty good and the room i had was in good condition. If i deside to come to the city and need a room ill give y'all place another opportunity to accommodate me. But, i think 75.00 dollars is too much for just one night!!!

Safe friendly area love the little guy that checked us in very mannable love him !!!! Meet all our needs and complaints !!! That was a plus I will go back !!!!
I was so thankful that they had a room available for me and my sister's trip to New Orleans. It was safe, clean and even had a basketball court. We even sat outside when it was nice out in the pretty grass. I even enjoyed the little garden they had growing in the back.
Inside the hotel was nice area was run down. Coffee maker would have been nice.

For the price we were pleased with the size and comfort of the room. Liked that you needed your room key to access the rooms past the gates, friendly staff and only 10 minutes to the French Quarter. Downsides... It’s not in the greatest area, heard someone pounding on the door next to us one morning for 5 minutes before whoever they were staying with let them in, and strong marijuana smell coming from multiple rooms.

Room smelled bad when we first arrived, but it was clean. Room keys kept messing up and had to go get it redone. Area was bad... even our lift driver asked us how we ended up on this side of town..

Catfish hotel
Went to see a event at the Uno arena. Hotel original price on site says 60 Bucks a night but was 100 per night when I place my reservations which I didn’t mind because of the jet tub I seen
In the pictures. But get to the hotel there is no jet tub never was apparently so a little bit of false advertising but there only reason was willing to pay the extra cash in location wasn’t in best location but they did have gated entrance so that was ok but overall stay for two days if you want to lay your head down it’s ok but I won’t go back for that price 60 bucks is a good price for that hotel no matter what events are going on I would say honestly if you had a little more cash Just ahead a shell it out so won’t be disappointed and they really to update their pictures for that hotel I got catfished
Don't want to do that place again. This is not a good place to stay.you should take it off your list of places to stay

Hotel
This was not in a good part of New Orleans . They did have a security gate. The room was clean. The refrigerator worked. The only real complaint I have was it was not in a good part of town.
This place doesn't belong on anyones list of tourist properties. It is a transient motel located next to the railroad tracks. I don't mean close to the tracks; the train almost hits the back fence as it goes by. All of the rooms reek of cigarette smoke, although smoking is not allowed. The furnishings are old and worn out. The rooms are poorly arranged so the toilet is separated from the sink is separated from the shower. Mirrors for headboards. Mirrors on the ceiling; you get the idea.
