Had 2 rooms, here for the Denver, saints game. First room the shower didn’t work, had to change rooms. Breakfast was never stocked, never did get eggs. The worst is one of the cleaning ladies took a pair of ear pods, management came and questioned the cleaning people, they all denied taking them. We then proceeded to ping them with our phone and they went off in her pants. She was escorted out of the building and was fired. Overall stay was just poor one thing after another and I’m not that picky.

What’s the point of a reservation
I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. Got to the room and it is bunk beds. The room is very small. Getting on a top bunk is not an easy task. What is the point of making a reservation (reserving the room) if the hotel will rent it to someone else. I will not stay at that hotel or book with hotels.com again.

The streetcar passes the property and stops adjacent. WW2 museum is one oBourbonf several museums within two blocks.Bourbon street and French Quarter are a short streetcar ride. Get an RTA transit pass for the length of your stay.

To date- I have not received an adjustment to my account for the stay as indicated by Mgmt. I will be seeking other brands and will request removal from IHG rewards. Future travel stays for myself and my travel companion who is my 78 year old Mother will be with a more inclusive and supportive brand. Arrived and Checkin were seemless however the room assignment given reeked of “cigarette smoke” which was unacceptable. We returned to the front desk and were given another room assignment. At 3:49am the smoke detector began alarming. ⏰ This frightened my Mother and I. We didn’t know what was situation however I hurried to assist her with her shoes. I then called the front desk who indicated there was nothing wrong but the smoke detector continued to go off. Again I called the front desk and was told maintenance was not available to check the smoke detector. I was told to do what made me “comfortable” I called 911. The NOLA FD check the property but could not change the smoke detector battery and the front desk didn’t have access to the maintenance room. The resolve was removing the battery from another room… all this accrued through 5AM. My Mother was so upset. On our return the next night it happened again!!! This time maintenance came and replaced the battery for the second time. At 2:30 am the smoke detector began 🚨 again. We changed rooms at 3am!!! Our stay was four nights-the ASM (whom we had a extensive conversation)informed us we would be taken cared of-Has NOT occrr

Bliss in grace’s room was very spacious and neat. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Antoinette, Kim , Mariah , Troy, Charmaine, Tanya. They made everything easy for us to transport all our supplies for our candle pop up shop. Amazing experience will be returning and booking again fro next event.
