Enjoyable anniversary trip to New Orleans.
Enjoyed a slightly different trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary by visiting New Orleans. Hyatt Centric was wonderful - staff was friendly and responsive, rooms were comfortable, and atrium provided a very welcomed break from the over-stimulating street experience!

We checked in an hour late because they were still cleaning our room. We were given the wrong number of coupons to wait at the bar and have a drink. So when I came back later after dinner and stopped at the bar again I paid for a drink I thought was free. Everyone was polite and helpful, and it is very clean, but it seems disorganized.
