Nice clean room with fluffy bath towels. Shower was a bit stained and the water pressure was low, but good hot water.

The room was accessible early as it was available and the front desk assistants were very helpful, sociable and friendly. The room was clean; however, multiple areas of old water leaks and mold/mildew were present on the 8th floor public areas and in the closet of my room.

Staff acted disinterested in client needs at front desk and especially when dealing with the single valet available to get and drop off cars. We waited almost 45 mins from entry to get checked in and another 30 still waiting for a valet to take our keys (partner waited at truck the entire time). We left the hotel almost an hour after getting our keys and the truck was still parked out front, no valet in sight.
