Beautiful hotel! The location was perfect for us and the staff was so kind! Free continental breakfast was a plus. The only downside is the music you can hear from the riverboats in the morning. Imagine carnival music. We would stay here again even with the noise. 10/10!

The hotel is a very clean comfortabl place to stay with a laid back sophisticated vibe. You need to have hot water offered in the lobby along with the coffee and cold lemon water throughout the day..Music is played during breakfast hours. You should continue that in the evening.

I had a quick weekend trip and One11 met my needs. It's a small boutique hotel with a great ambiance. I will stay there again.

Pros: Walkable to many of the bars and restaurants in the area. Staff was friendly and service was good. Good drinks and appetizers at the bar. Room was clean. Unique interior. Cons: Room was just a couple feet away from the elevator. Bath towels were rough. Free breakfast but only "hot food" was from toasting a bagel/slice of bread. Very loud train comes through late night/early morning behind the hotel. You're paying for a boutique hotel but I feel like there are better options in the area.

Off Bourbon St.

All good. Charming rooms, exposed brick. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Breakfast adequate/basic but fine. If you want a boutique hotel off Bourbon Street, without the noise at night, but still very close to many things, this is a good choice.

The location was great. Just be aware that there is an active railroad track nearby. May want to see if you can get a room away from the tracks side. Other wise it was a great hotel.

The property is in a convenient location for walking to everything in the French Quarter, walking the high end mall across the street, and getting around to other areas like the Garden District, Warehouse District, the trolley stops, Mardi Gras World, and the Observatory. Some of the hotel staff are fantastic (Joel and Michelle) while others appeared to not want to be there. One bar tender actually complained about the new company taking over ownership as he begrudgingly served us a beverage. If the service had been consistent in a positive manner I would have been able to give the hotel five stars.

Love that it was pet friendly and they even offered a dog bed/bowl. The area was completely walkable and tons of places to see around the property. Close to the river which was beautiful but lots of boat horns early in the morning. All in all was a great location!!
