A week in NOLA
Check in was easy. Stay was comfortable and clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Room had bottled water and keurig, coffee. No drawers to unpack suitcase, we stayed one week. Daily breakfast was good. Check out was easy. Taxi cane quickly.

Amazing!
We just spent 5 nights here & loved our stay. The desk people were so nice, it's located in a great place, and the history of the hotel was really cool. They even had some of the original beams from when the building was originally built early to mid-1700's. But above all, especially the evening desk clerks, went above & beyond for us almost every night; on our first night the little cooler below the safe wasn't cold at all, so on our way out to dinner I asked about it. He said they'd change it out no problem, and when I got back there was a whole (tiny) refrigerator next to our bed. Then on Xmas Eve, grocery type places were closed & i'd asked if they knew where I could maybe get some milk within walking distance, so one of them went & got me 2 cups from their kitchen which I so appreciated. On last 2 nights our plugs on both nightstand along with the backlight behind bed stopped working. They offered to move us, which we declined only bc we had so much stuff & it was only last couple nights anyway. But anything we needed they did everything they could to help us. The bed was so comfortable for us, and the shower was huge & amazing! We will be back someday, love this hotel!

The rooms are lovely and very close to the french quarters. We had ample choices of restaurants and activities within walking distance.
