One11 is conveniently located on the edge of the Quarters near the river and behind Canal Place. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean with a beautiful bathroom. The room is a little cramped, I would remove the lounge chair and replace with chair and small desk for more room. All else was perfect.

This property is unique and beautifully designed. I was told this was an old sugar mill. It is just gorgeous. View of the water and the city was great on the rooftop terrace! If I had one thing to say constructively it would be the train or boat horn at midnight and 4am. Not the hotels fault but those horns could wake up the entire city!
