Close to everything downtown with the trolley stop out front. Quiet, Garden district with interesting neighborhood architecture, flora and both fine dining and local hangouts in walking distance. Rooms spacious, comfortable, clean. Will come back

Nice hotel and great location.
We had a great time. The location is great. We were able to park our car in the secure lot on site and take the trolley almost everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean as well as quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Check in starts at 3pm I should up after 7pm to find out that they no longer had the room that I pick and on top of that they try to charge my card "for no show" Why would you try to charge my card and give the room that I choice to someone else. I was giving another one and a discount but that was not what I wanted. One of my quest had to sleep on the couch it was not comfortable.

The included parking is a big plus and the main reason we chose this property. Unfortunately our room wasn’t as clean as we would expect, found some hairs in the tub, and you could see dust over things in areas with little use. It also smelled a bit like old stuff / mold. The property is unassuming and the lobby area is small. The pictures make it look bigger than what it actually is. The lobby area is shared with an event venue seems like.

The check in and check out was easy. The room had all the essentials. There was a small stain on the comforter and the shower door had some build up but all in all we were comfortable.

Hotel was great. Clean, wonderful customer service, easy access to street cars, updated rooms. My ONLY issue was the homeless people coming at you outside every chance they could. I couldnt enjoy sitting outside without being hassled. That is not the fault of the hotel though, the one time I made them aware, they went outside and told the people to leave the property.
