Please be advised that this is a shotgun house (the rooms are walk through, no hallway).
• Room 1 has a 43" smart tv, queen sleeper sofa, thermal window curtains, & two desks.
• Room 2 has a queen bed with memory foam gel mattress, luggage rack, & thermal window curtains.
• Full bathroom has private access from room 2 or 3.
• Room 3 has a queen bed with memory foam gel mattress, closet, luggage rack, & thermal window curtains.
• Kitchen features granite tops, stainless appliances, Keurig coffee maker, range/oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher disposal, dinette set. Kitchen stocked with all dining ware you might need to serve 8.
• Laundry machines are in a closet in the kitchen.
• Backyard is out the kitchen.

Guests have full access of the house with the exception of the locked maintenance closet. The backyard is shared with neighboring guests. We ask that you are respectful and throw away trash and cigarette butts.

Prior to arrival, I will send you check-in instructions. They will include the door code. No having to meet at a specified time for check-in! You arrive when you get here - and you have access immediately! I am on call should you have any questions or anything breaks, etc. I always leave a phone number for another member of my staff if I am out of town. And I always respond to AirBNB messages quickly.

East Riverside, Uptown. House is on a busy commercial street which goes the entire distance across Uptown down the river. Walk to bars, restaurants, shopping, or catch an uber for a quick ride Uptown or downtown.

Base rate is valid for up to 4 guests. Additional guests are an additional charge. Max occupancy of 5.
If you find you have less guests than your original booking, 1 price adjustment may be made prior to your arrival. Refund is 50% of additional guest fee up to 1 week prior to arrival.
25 minimum age for primary renter.

21 years old minimum age to book.

Dog Requirements:

• Unfortunately, due to insurance requirements, we are unable to welcome dogs that are primarily Pitt Bull, Rottweiler, German Shephard, Doberman, American Staffordshire, Akita, Great Dane, Chow, or Alaskan Malamute.

We enjoyed the stay at this location. Quiet neighborhood with a great taco place across the street. The walk to trolley was a little long but we had a vehicle to get around. Parking was not a problem. We would stay again.

It was fine - not good and not bad.
Overall the place was OK. Convenient to what we needed. It was barebones, that is, it didn't have any comforts of home. No place to put stuff down, not clean in all areas - especially in corners. Hair in bathroom and sheets were not clean. The people staying on the other side of the property were so loud - we could hear them all night. We didn't suffer staying there, but when you are looking to relax when you're away, this was not the place at all.

Basic spot for a New Orleans stay
The place is as advertised, no bells and whistles here. Basic cable (No ESPN), basic furniture, beds were fine, bathrooms were fine. There was a crying baby in apartment above, and very loud trains running all night long. Located right on Tchoupitoulas, across from the rail yards / loading docks. Definitely a changing neighborhood, lots of great looking new construction in the area. Felt totally safe in the neiighborhood, actually just a few blocks walk down to Tipitinas (legendary New Orleans music spot). Across the street from Port of Orleans Brewing company which is a great spot, and just down the block from groceries as well. Magazine street hot spots just 5 blocks away.

Nice enough
The street is a highly traveled road, a lot of traffic. Parking was challenging because there is debris still piled up but this is true across the city. Neighborhood felt a little rough so we didn’t walk around at night. The property itself was nice, very clean and spacious. The tv was small for the living room and very disappointing that the cable did not include ESPN or Sec network. It’s fall in the south, football. The toilet was also small, looked like a kids toilet. The worst part was the neighbors who stomped around from 11-1:30am making the floor vibrate. They could be heard loud and clear through the wall. Overall, the place was nice, the management were great to deal with, very quick response. I doubt that I would rent this one again because of location and neighbors but would definitely rent from this property management again.

Fun Shotgun House
The house was exactly like the pictures. It was surprisingly quiet in the bedrooms and kitchen. The beds was comfortable. A great place for a family. The street was a little busy but other than that, it was a great place to stay. It was a safe neighborhood. And near alot of things, including the trolley and restaurants. The coffee shop and taco shop was in walking distance.
