Nice place, recently renovated. Average for a HI express. Unfortunately part of our booking was because it said it had a restaurant and bar. However, when we arrived that was no longer the case. Interstate is next to the hotel and gets noisy. Nice staff, decent pool for kids, clean rooms.

This was our second time to stay at the Richmond, IN location. It was very clean; the bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was spotless and a nice size. I would have given the highest rating but on the morning we left there was no hot water. It was a cold morning and we really could have benefitted from hot water.

Excellent traveler hotel
The desk attendant was friendly and courteous. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable with a spacious bathroom and shower. Breakfast was terrific! The only downside is the location next to an interstate highway, but car travel is why we and most other guests were there for the night.

Took the check-in staff awhile to register me, probably due to 3rd party reservation glitch. This was by far the best Holiday Inn Express I have had occasion to use. Felt like I was in at least a 3 star hotel - the property must be on the new side. Did not sample food for breakfast but did have coffee (OK) and some ice water to go. I would certainly patronize this property again.
