Welcome to our cozy little waterfront home, ideal for getting away from those harsh northern winters. It is situated in the beautiful gulf harbor neighborhood of New Port Richey. With a very open layout you and your family can easily relax and socialize together in the air conditioning or step out back and enjoy the gorgeous in-ground pool. Less than a mile from US-19 you will be minutes away from multiple restaurants, grocery stores, shopping malls and gas stations.
You'll find the living area in our home very open and welcoming. The large screen TV can be enjoyed from the family room couches or turned on it's swivel and faced towards the kitchen. The sunroom gives you a beautiful view looking West. Relax on the dual reclining loveseat and take in a beautiful sunset from indoors on those chilly winter nights.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, a 32- inch TV and is connected to the master bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds and is connected to a full bathroom with tub. The third bedroom is located in the rear of the house overlooking the pool and canal system. It also has a queen bed and a full bath which is conveniently accessible from the pool area as well.
The pool area has a large patio set and two very comfortable sun-loungers. There is a propane grill out back to satisfy all of your barbequing needs. We have also recently installed a pool heater that can be used for an extra fee. Our floating dock is newly rebuilt and is perfect for fishing, drinking your morning coffee or watching the evening sunset. There is a 2-person kayak available for exploring the canal system throughout our neighborhood as well.
Once you're fully rested and rejuvenated, take a day and explore the area! Downtown New Port Richey is less than 10 min away. It boasts a number of small shops, pubs, restaurants, brewery's and ice cream parlors. Sims Park is perfect for an evening stroll with it's extensive and very well lit walking paths. Orange Lake with it's beautiful fountains is a must see! Our little town of New Port Richey has come a long way the past few years.
