Perfect. & Peaceful
Cono was beautiful.. Everything is as described. The place has a screened in porch. We spent a few nights listening to ruin at nights and mornings listening to the birds. The property has lots to do for all ages and activity levels. Its location is perfect- close to the things we wanted but far enough away to be able to disconnect. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

Good family vacation
We were looking for a place sort of last minute after another VRBO booking fell through. Found this and the condo was perfect for our family (2 parents, 1 grandparent, 3 kids). The complex is across A1A from NSB but there is private beach access.

New Smyrna Beach Stay
This condo community is PERFECT for a family beach vacation! Just a short walk to the beach plus access to two pools, a basketball court and tennis court. Friendly residents & staff too. Our only hiccup was the cleanliness of our unit but that was remedied by the management company. They were very apologetic, sent someone over to fix things. She couldn’t have been more lovely. We had a nice view of the estuary from our deck which was perfect for morning coffee!

Review of our stay. Comfortable but Won’t use again.
Clean but aged. To many threats of fines if this or that not done. To many laundry loads for house keeping results in a fine. And property doesn’t provide laundry soap. Who travels with laundry soap? Put clean dishes in dishwasher? “ Laundry: Housekeeping service includes no more than two loads of laundry left for the housekeeper for a 1 or 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom=3 loads, 4 bedroom=4 loads, and 5 bedroom=5 loads. Any additional laundry will result in an additional charge of $25/load. Dishes: All dishes must be cleaned before departure, they may be left in the dishwasher. ” Why not have dishwasher soap and ask it is started before departing? Didn’t require we strip the beds so that was a plus. Taking trash out is no problem. Note on AC said DO NOT set below 70’ or system will freeze and will result in a fine?? Um, it’s Florida and a pretty large condominium.

Vrbo rebooking gave me the run around. Nobody informed us about change in pass word took hours to get in one night. Maintenance didn't fix problems with apartment.
