Great location and comfortable rooms.
Wonderful hotel, perfect location clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Historic building and the hotel also has that feel. Period furniture, wood paneling in the pub and many cool public spaces. We will stay here every time we visit NYC.

Do not stay here in the winter.
The entire building is on one heating unit. No individual heat control in your room. They decide when it’s cold enough to turn the heat on and believe me, I was FREEZING!!! I paid almost $500 for one night, heat my room!!!!! And the sound of the wind blowing outside our window was crazy!

It is a throw back hotel that gives the feel of a relative’s home you staying at for the weekend. The hotel has old fashioned keys for the room.

Beautiful Hotel/Very clean. I stayed here after a show at Radio City Music Hall. Very quick/safe walk. Restaurant was not open so cannot review that. The bathroom was remodeled. Front desk was friendly

The staff was absolutely wonderful and welcoming. There was a huge wedding reception downstairs with super loud music and to our shock in amazement, we did not hear a thing! What’s the password?
