The location is very convenient and staffs are very friendly, however the down side of it is not quiet. The room is very clean however there is no small fridge in room and no coffee provided in lobby during my stay.

Great stay
Great Location. Super close to subway and walkable to times square. Amazing front office staff who went out of the way to take care of all your needs. Everyone deserves special mention and applause. Only concern was the room was small and the beds were not queen size . But you can’t expect more in the heart of Manhattan. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

Very bad and unpleasant place! Disappointed!! Mot recommended!!! First room we entered. Looks like worker didn’t completed the repairs so tools and materials were left on floor. Front desk didn’t know what she is doing. They switched the room but second room was unclean. Dirty both shower booth and floor. I guessed that front desk didn’t notify to the worker that we switched the room. Repair man opened our room door with the key and entered to fix the TV. CRAZY!!!! My husband got extremely mad and talked to front desk. They didn’t even know what happened. Very unprofessional.

Mr. Patel at Front Desk.
Thank you so much Mr. Patel at front desk. He did a wonderful job. At first, he can’t find my Itinerary Confirmation then I showed to him the email I got. I forwarded to him and printed out. There was a long line because he was the only one at front desk that night. We are very patience. Finally, we got the room and everything was fine. Thank you so much Mr. Patel. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 5 days,The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Smaller room for 2 double bed, but One of the highlights for us was the impeccable cleanliness of the room and the overall level of tidiness throughout the hotel. Your housekeeping team does a fantastic job at ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests.

The location is fantastic, the staff were very pleasant and offered great service. My only real complaint is that there were a few issues with cleanliness (what appeared to be a pubic hair in the sink and one of the hand towels had makeup on it). The gym is not very good. For the value, it's fairly decent.

What I liked was the staff's politeness and the hotel's cleanliness. The hotel is environmentally friendly, with recycling and less water usage. I wish the room had a refrigerator.

The location is perfect! We were able to see the Empire State Building from our room. Penn Station was a short walk and there are great food options nearby. The staff were so kind and always had a smile on their face. It was easy to get a cab or Lyft from this location as well. You can have them hold your bags on your last day if you want to explore a bit more before going home. We are already planning to come back. It was really that good.
