Great amenities with free water, coffee and tea in the lobby. Room was clean. Small elevator that fills quickly, so it is tough to catch. Elevator almost broke with us in it (it stalled between floors). The first room they gave us was locked from the inside and delayed us getting into a room for 30 minutes. Location was good, close to Times Square. TV quality could have been better. Morning staff was super friendly and held our luggage until we departed at night. Overall it was a weird experience.

Great hotel with microwave, refrigerator and stove. Excellent customer service from Kenny and Polanco. They followed up making sure everything was fine with the room. I recommend this hotel when visiting NYC and would stay there again.

The little kitchenette in the room was a valuable addition to our stay. The one thing i would have wanted to be different was the size of the bed.

Pretty good stay-I'd come back
A nice woman, possibly one of the managers, had come to my room to show me how to use the door bolts. She was super helpful and sincere. I appreciate you! The room was overall comfy and cool with a full fridge. The microwave needed to be turned on manually, so a gentleman came in a timely manner to get that fixed. It was quiet and the room was well equipped with dishes and paper towel, facial tissues and rolls is toilet tissue-which I appreciated.

This property is cluttered amongst other hotels right next-door to it right across the street from it there are plenty of hotels. it’s rare to find a hotel in manhattan at this price that has a refrigerator, microwave and stove I couldn’t be more happier. Had a great time and will be back.

Property has only 2 elevators for its 30 odd levels and one elevator was out of service forcing everyone to wait up to 20 minutes to hitch a ride to and from your room. Staff ignore simple requests for extra towels to be sent to your room, forcing you to call them several times to remind them. And when they do arrive with the towels, it’s usually a long time later. Not a convenient stay.

Very nice staff! Good location for MSG! However, the room smelled awful. Swampy.The bathroom door didn't shut properly, likely because the humidity in the room expanded the wood. Had it not been for the smell and a slightly outdated bathroom, the room would have been fine.
