One of the more affordable places I've stayed in NYC recently, and I was pleasantly surprised by the room! It was clean and surprisingly spacious. The walls are a bit thin so there can be a bit of noise bleeding, but overall this wasn't an issue. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helped me arrange transportation to the airport. Walkable to Port Authority Bus Terminal/42 St. station. I would definitely stay here again, and hope to do so!

I'm really not sure how this hotel has such high ratings. We had to switch rooms twice. The first one was dirty, and the second was right next to a rooftop restaurant with loud music and people until 2 AM. The third room was fine, but the hotel overall feels outdated. They don't provide luggage storage as a standard service; instead, the staff offers it as a side option for an extra cash fee. I’d rate this place 3 out of 5 stars at most.

I was a little disappointed on the website. It showed a pool a workout center and all kinds of artwork. All of this is being renovated so none of that existed. It was too cold to swim anyway so it worked out, but it would’ve been nice to know

The lady at the front desk was really nice and changed our room to the top floor. Great spot. The e train was a 9 minute walk and time square about 15. Great spots to eat and the rooftop view was gorgeous!

This hotel is cheap and to the point. The bathrooms were pretty disgusting but location next to Penn Station is ideal. Otherwise, not exactly an area that I’d recommend to stay in Manhattan.

Ok hotel
Great location and price was good for Christmas in NYC. Rooms were very small and beds were ok comfort wise but mattresses were covered in a hard plastic that made noise every time you moved. And our window had a terrible draft. The kids room we booked next door to ours had no hot water and the staff couldn’t tell us how to fix it.

If you are looking for somewhere to just stay the night then this is fine. Somethings I didn’t like are there was no hot water in the shower, the facilities are dated, you have to pay for bag storage.
