DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BAGS IN STORAGE! It’s an absolute shame that the staff let down a hotel with such gorgeous rooms for New York! Our check in process was beyond awful. The room key created was broken and the lady on the desk handled this awfully. Swearing left right and centre with not a sorry in sight. The room was stunning, however the floors were greasy and the hallways need a lot of work! The cleaning staff stood outside our room daily, at around 7am talking extremely loudly for long periods of time even continued after we shouted to shut up. Then when you think it can’t get any worse the check out experience was hell. The worst I’ve experienced in any hotel. We left our luggage in their locked storage room, CCTV looked at by the managed shows this, we had a bag tied around the top of one of our suitcases which is not with us anymore. The manager has confirmed that only staff have access to this room throughout the day. The bag was securely tied to the top so could not just be lifted off would take some time to do so. The bag was a branded bag for a top high quality desert company so let’s just say I’m sure a staff member is having a very nice work break funded by us. Thanks for ruining our trip, my lasting memory of New York is me leaving the establishment in tears. Do not recommend.

Stayed 4 nights. Was not notified at check in that housekeeping only services room every other day So first day came back to wet towels on bathroom floor, garbage in pails, unmade bed. Next day, they still had not gotten to my room till I returned at 5pm. At my request they sent housekeeping up. I had to wait in lobby for 1/2 hour on my vacation time. Feels punitive to clean room on alternate days for long term stay Very much the antithesis of customer service. Will not go back to this hotel.

Hassle free check in and out. Room very clean. Powerful cleaning fluid smell upon arrival. Awesome AC unit. Powerful shower pressure with plenty of hot water. Beds comfortable. Safe neighborhood. Close to shops and restaurants. 5 minute walk to Times Square and theatre district.

I liked the room, it was clean. Toilet Was clean but should have been little bigger. Toilet was too congested. In Manhattan most of the hotel rooms are samll. This is understood. Secondly, breakfast was not that gteat. There should be a proper dining space with more options.
