Housekeeping entered my room while I was away. My airpods were magically missing from the desk when I came back. Submitted a lost/stolen item report to management. They closed the report within an hour suggesting nothing was found and there was nothing they could do. To my surprise, there are hundreds of other similar reviews for guests complaining about staff entering their rooms and returning to find their property missing. This location even had the audactiy to reverse my $100 incidental charge without any reason provided. I've stayed at other Club Quarter locations with no problems and enjoyed the experience. I'm curious if the NY AG has received complaints about this location as I intend to share my case with them to investigate at this point.

Small lobby area, room was in the far corner and the floor rug was wet by the air conditioner. Room next door was being dried up; therefore, staff were making noise. Front desk staff was very helpful and polite.

My only semi negative comment is the shower curtain. lol. From the moment I got in to exit everything was perfect. Great hospitality and great stay, would absolutely come again. The 27th floor view at night is amazing. Oh, make sure you have right address because if you go to the wrong one on the same street you’re going to get some steps in.
