I never checked in!! The staff was rude and the property was not clean! I left and checked into another hotel. The way the front desk person spoke to me was absolutely horrible. I will never book with you again. I also will leave a review about the hotel. I lost $600 !!!!

We were given the 104 room - off the lobby the lobby was consistently loud until at least one in the morning we had to call and complain. I’m a light sleeper. I could hear the microwave going off at two in the morning….set up in the 6 hour needless to say, I hardly slept The line for breakfast was ridiculous so we just ended up leaving and going to the bakery around the corner because there was a tourist group from France which made things even more horrible at 7am we we’re planning on staying in our room till 10 in the morning but we left by 8:30 because the noise was ridiculous

The heater stopped working at night and there was no solution but to wait until the next morning. At least they could have offered us a blanket or something. At the end it never worked. The staff is somehow friendly though.

When I arrive the staff was rude to me. I had to wait over an hour for my room to be ready. I was so tired from a trip. Then they put me towards the front of the hotel. Which by the way was terrible because all you hear is the cars and trucks all night long. Didn’t get absolutely no sleep. When I was leaving in the morning. They just came into the room without nocking and it was only 9 am. I was undress and raised my voice and let them know I was still in the room. For the price I paid to stay. Was not worth the headache. At All. Will never ever stay here again.

Very good hotel, nobody ever bothered us room service was amazing and always checking up on us and asking if we needed anything. And the hotel was only 15min walking distance from time square.

Our stay was just ok. The location was the only good thing . Hotel was quiet which was very helpful coming back from being out in the city. Long wait times for breakfast , toaster didn’t work. Housekeeping also never came in to our room , we never got our towels changed and the trash taken out in the 3 days that we were there. I probably won’t be back again
