Everything was perfect except elevator, for 29 floor they just had one elevator working , you had to wait about 10 minutes to get the elevator but still will visit again. Thank you

The beds at this property desperately need to be replaced. The couch was worn out. The couch bed felt like old springs with a sheet laid over the top. Elevator is extremely slow, the wait was 30 minutes to get downstairs. Cut our stay 3 days short due to how uncomfortable amenities were.

I had asked for a 2 beds when I booked the hotel and I received a king bed with a pull out. It was disheartening after a long day of driving. But we were there just for one night so it was fine.

Great service!
Great location, comfortable and clean hotel. We were driving a tall van and called ahead to confirm it would fit in the valet garage. Concierge assured us it would but upon arrival we were told it would not. Upon expressing frustration the I had been told parking wouldnt be an issue, the attendant went above and beyond and convinced the garage to let us park in an open area that isn't usually used. We were very grateful. Keep in mind the any parking in NYC is very expensive!

Great hotel. Easy to get to Times Square, Center park area. Hot chocolate from machine in lobby is delicious. Need to get the second lift fixed as can take quite awhile to get, especially if on the higher floors.

Staff was nice and able to extend same room without moving. Only problem we faced was with elevator . They have only one working at the moment and had to wait longer to get into it. I took the stairs from 15 floor to basement because of elevator full. Otherwise it was good!
