Good, as expected.
All good, no complaints. Small room with comfortable double beds, quiet enough area to not be bothered by police sirens all night long. Clean and tidy. Reasonably priced for New York.

The housekeeping has only been here once in the 5 days I stayed, and the person at the front told me no water is provide after the first day check in. However my first day check in no one gives me water either. The service is not good and makes me feel very disappointed and it is the worst Marriott among all the ones I have been!!!!

Great place to walk around city, easy access to subway. Clean rooms, easy check-in and had a pleasant experience while checking in. Good clean room, surprisingly big for city standards .

Very good hotel and the staff are attentive to help you before you ask them questions. The location is great, many good restaurants around and public transportations as well. It is safe and convenient. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet for $18 tips which is around $25. The breakfast is awful. I do not recommend. Poor quality food and options. In addition, the hotel has two towers with over 25 floors. Each tower have two elevators only. I took sometimes 10 minutes waiting for an elevator that I could fit in to go down to the lobby.

We booked a king room and the guy at the front desk tried to convince me I wanted a double bed room because they were overbooked and said they didn’t have enough king beds. I explained that my wife and I wanted to share a bed and he kept saying double beds were better. Finally I said just keep us in a king room and he said he couldn’t ’grant our request’. Somehow it made sense to him. He then said we had an extra bed to put our stuff on. Obviously he has never tried to fit 2 people in a double bed.

In this property the rooms are really small. Also, there was numerous times when we smelled cigarettes in our room. Although, we reported it the smell appeared everyda. Which wasn’t safe for my toddler and my wife who has asthma.
