We stayed for 4 nights in the penthouse. The views are amazing! Minimal interaction with the staff however, when doing so were pleasant. No issues with lifts or wait time. Room door had issues locking and heating was hit and miss at higher temps. Would stay again

Average wait time for the elevator was 15 to 30 minutes! Not accessible for a Hilton property. Housekeeping was sub par. I had to ask housekeeping to come clean room and refresh towels.Towels in the bathroom were dingy and see-through. TV was down approximately 6 to 8 hours on Saturday afternoon during the championship football games. Lobby is too small and had a very small area to sit and relax.

Generally disappointed. Very small room for very high price. Very dated decor. Disposable cups wrapped in plastic while we face an environmental crisis.

Some pipe in the bathroom ceiling made a lot of knocking noise ( trapped air I think) early in the morning - I complained and they did resolve the problem the next day. The bathroom was quite small. It was fine - not great. I wanted to be in that area of the city.

This is an average hotel, perhaps even below average considering it’s under the “Hilton” umbrella – if you aren’t spending much time in your hotel (you just need a place to sleep) then it’s fine. Fine but not great. The heater fan is so loud that it makes it very difficult to sleep, imagine listening to a vacuum all night – but there was no option to have the heat on without the loud rumbling fan - I went to the front desk to confirm. We were there for 3 nights, and our room was never cleaned/serviced. We would leave the hotel by 8am and return around 4pm for a quick break and the beds were not made, garbage not taken out and no fresh towels. We literally threw our garbage in a plastic bag and would take it out ourselves and throw it on a sidewalk garbage bin when we left dinner. The elevators move very slowly and when they arrive often full and must wait for the next one – so give yourself time when you need to leave etc. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and you can easily walk to many of the attractions or walk a couple of minutes to the closest bus stop.

There was only one elevator working and the hotel was busy so it was very inconvenient. People were very noisy or the walls are too thin and you could hear everything. Windows should be thicker as you can hear everything going on outside. The cleaning personnel would start chatting in the hallway at 8am while we were still trying to sleep. The staff is very friendly but the hotel needs to improve these things.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a refreshing bottle of water. But the real highlight was the hot cookies that we received during the check out. The cookies were freshly baked and still warm when I arrived, and they were absolutely delicious. It was such a thoughtful touch that really made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest. The attention to detail and the level of hospitality at this hotel truly sets it apart from others. In addition to the amazing cookies, the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. The amenities were top-notch and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough,I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
