This was my first time to New York. I had no idea where to stay but followed a lot of the comments before on this place and the price was great! Location was about a 5 minute walk to time square, 20 minute walk to the Empire State Building, food and shopping all around. And on top of that the staff was so sweet, and genuine. The rooftop bar was a plus just to sit up there and enjoy the view of the city without it being overcrowded. I will definitely be returning here!

Good hotel to stay in Manhatton

We had a lovely stay but it is not the same when I stayed with you in 2017, you had soft seats outside and you also had a water dispenser in the reception area. I was disappointed that these two things were missing but overall a nice hotel, your rooftop bar is so relaxing and lovely watching the sunset, I would recommend this hotel, staff very helpful.

The staff was wonderful. However the elevator situation is unreal. We shouldn't have to stand at the elevator 30 minutes every time you're ready to make a move. There's not enough of them for this establishment. They offer water but whenever you request it, it's never available. Although the rooms were small, the beds were cozy and room was clean. Overall I feel we over paid for our stay and would not recommend it to others.

The hotel enjoys a convenient location and the staff were welcoming, with a smooth check-in and check-out process. However, noticeable wear and tear in the guest room, corridors, and lifts indicates a need for maintenance. In-room amenities such as a mini fridge and basic toiletries would have enhanced the stay. The air conditioning unit was both noisy and slow to cool the room. The area outside the property is expected to be loud due to the location but the double glazed windows did a great job to cancel the noise.
