I had a great experience. The only thing is that rooms are smaller than I thought. Other than that everything was good. It was clean and close to everything! Very convenient. I will totally stay here again.

Helpful reception and porter. Fast lifts. Only thing was there were private events on roof top bar every evening and didn’t say no children- had booked hoping to make use of this facility. Otherwise well located for bus, subway and Times Square walking.
