The elevators are quite small, so if the hotel is busy, you might find yourself waiting a while to get to the lobby. At one point, we had to let five elevators pass before we could go down. While stairs are an option from the top floor to the first floor, they don't actually lead to the lobby—something we learned the hard way.
The bathroom sink in our room was problematic, with water constantly accumulating and taking a long time to drain. The room layout was also a bit strange, with the king room feeling much smaller than expected. We had a none smoking room but our floor smelled like cigarettes specially near our room and it was unpleasant. Additionally, valet service is $90 USD for 24 hours, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere beforehand.
On a positive note, the staff was kind and helpful, which was the best part of our stay. I’m giving this hotel three stars mainly because of them and the convenient location; otherwise, it would have been a two-star rating based on the overall experience. Hope this review is helpful!
