Everything was very clean and the staff very friendly. The proximity to Times Square, 5th Avenue, Rockefeller Center, St Patrick’s Cathedral and, of course, shopping was great. I would stay there again.

This place is fine for a quick stay. The rooms are OK, with the standard beat up usage. The elevator situation though is absolutely atrocious. Be prepared to wait a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes every single time you need to use the elevator. It was incredibly frustrating.

The room heater did not work. We did end up getting a portal heater for our room. The shower was not sealed and flooded the floor multiple times, so we had to use a lot of towels to try to seal the shower. First couple days only 3 out of 4 elevators were working and were very slow due to the amount of people trying to get on or off. The staff was all very friendly but the hotel itself needs some maintenance work.

The rooms was great for the price, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. They have the best cookies that are warm (available at anytime). The only downfall for this hotel is the elevator takes forever (reason for one star down)! We would wait 5-10 minutes sometimes! The rooftop bar was amazing! The view is absolutely stunning! Would stay there again for sure.
