Staff gave us a room upgrade for no extra charge, and were really good about giving my friend and I free waters and cookies when we asked for them. We were able to stay well hydrated throughout our trip thanks to the Hilton DoubleTree! Room was very clean, and our thermostat was adjustable and fast (thank god)! Room came with shampoo & conditioner, body wash in large containers! More than enough for our three night stay! And the rooftop bar had a very nice view and a even a party our last night! Lots of fun! We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for making our vacation a 10/10!❤️😊

All of the above were horrible, except for Jose in the restaurant. The room was dirty and small. The elevators took forever to ride to your destination whether going up or down. The breakfast was subpar as well the service for the breakfast, Other than the lone good worker Jose.
