Conveniently located near Times Square (it is a zoo), walking distance to B'way shows... there's more to NYC than this location. Make sure you visit Central Park for a mellower vibe.

What we felt was lacking was the concierge. They sold us tickets for the on and off bus and the tour audio didn’t work for half of it. We weren’t the only ones. We told the concierge about it wanting our money back. She said it wasn’t her but they are a third party. So they can sell the tickets but not back it up? No number was given to contact the company.

Started off with us arriving slightly earlier to our check in time- the staff was not friendly at all- your entire front desk people are the most unhappy group of people. It honestly does raise a question on how you treat your employees because they are awful - then my kids had to witness a male getting arrested in the lobby which was very frightening- night continued to get worse with our room A/C not working and i can not explain how little anyone cared! your hotel will never be recommended - it was not worth the money or time and your employees are truly miserable

Elevators are a nightmare. Rooms are overpriced and small. They charge you pretty much every time you breathe. Place was clean that’s about all that was good.

Checking in was relatively smooth; cookies and bottled water were offered. Not having a functional ice machine was disappointing; may want to consider putting an OOS note on the machine. Housekeeping was efficient and friendly. Room was simple and clean. The TV in the room took us through a test of figuring out how to get to the channels. The bathroom didn't have room to leave the towel and washcloth upon use, which I thought odd, but maybe that's the direction hotels are going? Doesn't really provide the option to reuse those items, but I get it, most people probably prefer a new towel each day so with that, I digress. Loved that the window opened, allowing us to hear the 'sounds of NYC.' There is a pizza place and a convenience store on 40th not far from the hotel, if you want something quick.

This property is in a great location for shows and attractions in mid-town. Rooms are small but as expected. There are not enough elevators to prevent having to wait.
