We loved our stay here. The hotel was absolute madness, which we expected coming first week of December. Every team member was kind and patient despite the nonstop chaos in the hotel. I would recommend to anyone!

Room was so small you could barely walk around the bed. No where to put bags. Peeling wallpaper, sticky carpet, bathroom was awful. Staff was accommodating. We stayed one night only because we got in late and left the next morning to another hotel. Would not recommend!

This hotel is a joke! First couldn’t check in due to computer issue, ok fine. Then our room didn’t have any heat, they moved us, next room, the tv didn’t work, they fixed it, next morning 9am they do some kind of very loud construction in the hallway. The lobby is small, 4 elevators weren’t enough for the amount of rooms and guest, the rooms are small, but ok it’s NY, I guess you should expect that. The staff tried to make up for it with Hilton points, but we ended up leaving a day earlier than planned. Sorry Hilton you need to do better!
