Location plus A view!!

Great location!! Easy access to the subway. The Deli was convenient, friendly and felt like homw away from home and their food was delicious. The room view was amazing. The body wash and soap rhe hotel provides smells amazing. Room was small but it was manageable.

This was the perfect place for me to stay to attend a local conference. I really enjoyed the gym and I felt safe at the hotel. It was a little noisy, but that's New York City. What can you do! It was easy access in and out and very convenient for me For the price that I paid absolutely 100%. I would do it again.

NYC trip for family visit

I wish I could remember the front desk man’s name. He was so personable and helpful. He greeted us by name everytime. He loaned us an umbrella for our stay. Always asked if we needed anything. He exemplifies customer service and I am just sorry I can’t tell you his name. He is truly an asset to the hotel. The convenience to the subway was great. We loved having a keurig in our room too. Housekeeping did a great job servicing our room. The bottle of wine was the icing on the cake. Thanks

Great location and very friendly staff!

Loved this location and its very friendly staff. Our room was cozy (expected for NYC), but very clean and comfortable. We are definitely looking to return here for future visits to NYC!

Great staff helps overcome what rooms lack

Staff is beyond super wonderful but rooms are so tiny and doesn't help that there is no luggage rack nor comfortable chair. And you have to be at least 5'5" to stretch to reach rhe hangars in closet. No network channels (or too hard to find them)
