Joe at the front desk was the definition of going above and beyond for the guests. He is extremely friendly and always asking everyone if they need anything. He made my experience at the hotel so much more enjoyable and he’s the reason I will be coming back.

Incredible service!
This boutique hotel had the nicest, friendliest most helpful staff! I didn’t realize the hotel offered free parking and I parked at a nearby garage instead. The front desk offered me and my friend a round of drinks at the hotel bar to make up for my mistake.

Rooms were great and the front desk staff could not have been more friendly and/or helpful. The location isn't the best (38th Street is just a regular street without any great highlights to it) but it's convenient to plenty of places.

The hotel is in a good location and easily accessible by public transportation staff is friendly. Housekeeping was quite slow to arrive each day sometimes not until 6 PM at which time we were trying to get ready to go out for dinner so the timing wasn’t very good. reservation stated a VIP benefit or upgrade was to be included however during check-in front desk staff said no upgrades were available. Not sure what the upgrade was supposed to be, but we never received anything.

Hands down the best hotel experience I've ever had. Staff was beyond friendly, bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet, mirrors and lighting were good. Walkable to food, bars, and shopping.

Nice hotel, good area
A nice hotel in a great location and friendly, helpful staff. However it is looking a little tired in the rooms. Bathroom door did not lock and wasn’t easy to open/close. Also in bathroom, wood facade around the edge of the sink counter was coming away. Definite “wet” smell in the bathroom. Air con made rather distinct buzzing noise.
