This hotel is excellently located a short walk from Penn Station and several subway lines in Midtown. The lobby and lounge are welcoming, and the room was clean, modern, and reasonably spacious by NYC standards. The staff were all friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Our stay came with breakfast vouchers, which bought a nice meal in the hotel restaurant/bar for our family of four. For Manhattan, this place is definitely good value for money. We'd stay here again.

We stayed here only for 1 night. The crew waa very nice. The bed was very cozy. The room was clean. The walk to Times Square, subway and places to eat is not bad. We were able to leave our bags, so we can walk around the city without dragging our carry-ons. And the most amazing part is that our room got upgraded for free.

Loved the area. It was not in the middle of time square but perfect location to walk to time square and surrounding areas. Macys was around the corners , easy access to the subway and eating areas. The staff was amazing!!

Great staff and amazing location. Prepaid for breakfast which was a full a-la-carte breakfast at the lobby restaurant. Was so worth it! The night staff was so accommodating for our late arrival and so kind. Would definitely stay here again. Best location, quiet for NY but walking distance to most sights in midtown.
