Great hotel. The included breakfast was nice, and the view of the Empire state building from the window couldn't be beat. Very walkable, though a long trek from the theater district we came home from late at night. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed was super comfortable.

We loved the location! We loved Laura at reception. The breakfast was not good at all. Very poor quality eggs and bacon. However, we would stay again as the overall experience was very good.

Clean room, comfortable bed, great amenities, brill location. Breakfast was good, the tea & coffee available through the day & cookies in the afternoon were a nice touch. The sound from outside can be heard in the room on the 18th floor, so assume it’s worse on floors lower.

The staff was very knowledgeable of the area and so very friendly. The street around the hotel was dirty and a little noisy but that is to be expected in NYC. It was a short walk to subway and had a variety of restaurants nearby. There were 2 homeless men laying on the sidewalk with signs but didn't bother passersby. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Would stay again.
