I used to go the other Hampton Inn (Madison Square). This has a bigger room and a fridge, which is great. It has a bigger desk, drawers and a wardrobe. As usual, elevator during rush hours can be complicated if you have scheduled some attraction, but other than that it is Ok. Two minor points: the breakfast area is small, so try to go early to pick up a table and not "fight" for the food. The other one is related to the internet: the Wi-Fi is weak and you are constantly being redirected to the Hilton Garden Inn that is next to it, so routers could be added to solve that.
The street is a little noisy compared to the 32nd, but... it is NY... Maybe better windows could solve the problem
Other than that, food is good, cleaning is Ok, nice staff and the location is very good. Taxi comes from JFK and enters directly in 35 street.
We definitely will come back there.
