I spent a long time choosing this hotel and carefully read the reviews before booking.
The positive aspects are a good breakfast, a 24-hour coffee and tea area, and a convenient location close to the subway and within walking distance of many attractions. I would also like to note that the kitchen staff were very kind, attentive, and fast, which made breakfast more enjoyable.
The first disappointment was that we arrived a little earlier and were not given a room, even though other guests were checked in before us. The woman at the front desk was not very friendly, especially compared to Antony, who was much more pleasant and helpful.
Another issue was the condition of the lobby and dining area. The sofas in the lobby are dirty and torn, and the leather on the dining chairs is cracked, which gives a poor first impression.
Regarding housekeeping, towels were replenished and the bed was made, but the floor was never cleaned, and there was a noticeable amount of dust.
