Our stay was very enjoyable. The room was spacious (given the usual tight spaces available in NYC). The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. The included breakfast was a plus and the options were varied. We walked to a lot of the shopping areas and the subway was literally 20 steps away from the hotel. Times Square was also a walk away and the area was very safe. We will definitely stay here again 🙌🙌🙌

The staff were exceptional in all areas! The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many highlights. I liked that there was a dining area with water, coffee and tea 24/7 as well as a microwave which allowed for quick meals on the go when I didn’t want to spend the time to dine in a restaurant.

Depending on your room, it could get a little loud and the walls are a bit thin. However you can’t beat the convenience to everything (Koreatown, Broadway street, Macy’s, Empire State Building). Close to transit too! Very safe and we had a wonderful stay.

Great hotels for the price and the location very close to train stations and walkable to many destinations. The staff was very nice. I love that we were able to leave our bag and explore the city before check-in and after check out breakfast was complementary and really good, love that they had coffee and cookies throughout the night Would definitely stay again. Rooms were ready before check in time which was great but overall the rooms weren’t really clean there was dust all over the floors and pillows. Check in staff was nice and welcoming.
