Nice room, not overly big! But was only two of us, no view from the window but didn’t matter to be honest. Staff were polite and willing to help ☺️ Not a bad hotel at all, worth a stay if you like being on East side of the city

Only 1 elevator worked for half of the stay making for long wait times to get in and out of the hotel. It was a great location though so even with that inconvenience we would stay here again.

Great location and a bonus that breakfast is included! Solid 3.5 star hotel. Clean, friendly staff and walkable to transportation and many highlights in the city including the theater district. No nonsense hotel in the heart of NY.

Many NY hotels have an impressive foyer, then you see your small well worn room. This one did not even have a nice foyer. Breakfast was very basic. I checked out after one night, although I had four nights booked.

There was a member of staff who was unwelcoming and made me feel like an inconvenience to him on my arrival. Did not give any information on the amenities and made me feel very uncomfortable. Not what you want to receive after a long flight from the uk. This gentleman also did not care about his appearance with greasy hair tied back in a bobble. I asked a different member of staff for help the next morning and he was a breath of fresh air. I hope the man in question is challenged about his behaviour and alters his attitude otherwise I think you will start to lose business.
