We arrived early and The young man in charge of the luggage was so nice and held our bags until our room was ready; they even kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable until our room was available. The staff was always friendly, welcoming— and the man who took care of the rooms in housekeeping was very attentive . Breakfast was run very well.Good food and clean. Cookies are delish!

Did not like that there was no fridge or microwave in the room! The picture and list of amenities showed there would be. We did call for a fridge and got one brought to us quickly. However, we were on the 13th floor and had to go to lobby to microwave our food often.

The room was clean! The amenities were appreciated (free breakfast, baggage holding ) . The staff were so polite and friendly. It’s right in the heart of Times Square . Walkable to many theaters and restaurants. I chose to have a meal delivered to the hotel and they had a section for meal delivery. They provided me with plates and utensils! Free beverage station in the lobby and they have a little convenience stand as well for things for purchase .
