I stayed here with my 2 teens over the October half term for 4 nights. Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. It’s a bit dated but not interested in that anyway. Being out and about all day you just need a clean and comfortable place to sleep in and that what we got plus breakfast. Staff at breakfast area not very friendly but wasn’t really bothered about it.

The front desk staff Jade, Jasmine and Marieme were helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome during our stay! The amenities ( breakfast, gym, location) for price in NYC near Time Square is great! However name needs to be clarified when googling location from the airport! Uber took us to 2 other lications before finding our hotel!

Was not aware of the property being so close to the empire state building. In the event of king kong or godzilla, we surely would have been in the path. Otherwise, the staff was great, room was clean, and we had a great stay!

Nice hotel and easy access
Standard Holiday Inn stay-you know what your get, easy access, subway station nearby. Macy store and empire state building were just 1 street away. Breakfast were okay, limited choice but sufficient to keep you full. One tiny negative thing was that all cultery are disposable type which to me not very sustainable. Our room was facing the main street, so it was a bit noisy at night time with the bin trucks especially on the first night when we still have the jet lag. Perhaps could have asked for another room on the hindsight.

The area in which the hotel was located was convenient to things I planned to in the city. The trains were easy to locate and navigate in the area as well. I would recommend this location

Rooms are very small but this is normal for New York hotels. No refrigerator inside the room, eve a very small one where to put a couple of water bottles and this is unacceptable for the price you pay!

From moment walk in, knew made a mistake. Room was not available until 4:30pm. Revolving door in lobby did not work. Elevators were sketchy (buttons didn’t work and doors did not want to open. Room was old and dated. Bathroom had mold in the shower. Air conditioning barely worked. Would recommend to stay at another hotel. I will not stay here again.
